MISSION: POSABILITY is a nonprofit that provides positive opportunities of support for families affected by disability through I.M.P.A.C.T. CORE VALUES: Our core values make up the word I.M.P.A.C.T. which stands for: Inclusion, Ministry, Play, Advocacy, Community and Training. VISION: POSABILITY exists to make I.M.P.A.C.T. (which stands for: Inclusion, Ministry, Play, Advocacy, Community and Training) accessible to families and neighbors. POSABILITY was founded in 2022 by Wayne & Tina Cordova & their daughter Emmalee, who is diagnosed with developmental disabilities. The Cordova's life mission is building community & connections between families of children with disabilities & breaking down barriers that prevent them from being a part of their larger community.

Emmalee turned 15 this month! 🎉
And we’re celebrating Emmalee’s birthday ALL month long, and we’re inviting everyone to join in!

As our Kid’s Club leader, Jordin led our Monday–Thursday programs with exceptional leadership, flexibility, and creativity. Her heart for service and passion for inclusion shined through every single day.
It truly wasn’t hard to find photos with Jordin in them—she is always ready to jump in, assist, and make sure everyone gets to be part of the fun! 💙
🌟Jordin is now moving on to an exciting new chapter, and while we will miss her at the Clubhouse, we are so happy and excited for all that lies ahead for her. Her impact at Posability has been huge, and we are incredibly grateful for the way she showed up each day to serve families affected by disability with eagerness and dedication.
