Gaia is happy to announce the birth of twins James and Owen McMann, who Dr. Mateer delivered at Tampa General Hospital Spring Hill last week. The boys are doing great.

Gaia is growing! We have expanded our office space to include 5 new exam rooms and 2 more offices. The increased space eliminates a bottleneck, and we’re thrilled to finally have it open.

NOTE: The office has NOT moved; we are still located at 8172 Chaucer Dr., Spring Hill, FL 34607. It’s just gotten bigger and better!

It's with a mix of sadness and excitement that we announce our wonderful Office Manager, Kortney Van Sandt, will be leaving Gaia OB/Gyn.

Kortney has been an incredible leader and friend, and shes been with us from the beginning. We will truly miss her! ❤️ She's embarking on a new adventure to work alongside her husband at Royalty Appliance, and, although we are sad to see her go, we couldn't be happier for her. Please join us in wishing Kortney all the best in this exciting new chapter of her life!

P.S. - If you still need your Kortney time (like we do!), you can always pick up the phone and call her at Royalty Appliance and Home Services at (352) 610-4623. You can schedule your job while you’re at it — and we know from experience there’s nothing that Kortney and company can’t do!

I was a Girl Scout as a child, and my three wonderful daughters are troop members. It’s a great organization, and these incredible scouts are learning leadership, resilience, and teamwork—values we hold close to our hearts. 🌍✨
