How many can you find?

There is a cool way to visually see where those differences are located, too. By slightly crossing your eyes (so that you see three images), the differences will stand out easily. Why is that?

Basically, each eye by itself is taking in visual input. It is the brain, however, that fuses the images together. With the pictures of Ja Morant and Jonas Valanciunas, we have mostly similar images, so crossing your eyes slightly will form one single image in the middle. The differences stand out, however, because the brain is fusing the differences at the same time. For example, the stripe on Jonas’s shoulder in the right picture will stand out from the blank area in the same location for the left.

Pretty neat, right? Give it a try!
