EVOLVE WEEKLY RESET: THE MOVEMENT MULTIPLIER 🚶 IS HERE!

It’s the final Sunday of November! 🍂 We know dedicated gym time can be hard to squeeze in during the holidays, but MOVEMENT IS CRITICAL. This week, we’re giving you the secret weapon for ALL-DAY CONSISTENCY—without adding another workout.

We’re introducing NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis), the energy you burn outside the gym. This is how you stay metabolically active, fight fatigue, and protect your joints through the holidays!

🎯 YOUR GOAL: Decide and commit to integrating a Micro-Movement Challenge into THREE activities you already do every day.

SOME IDEAS:
☕️ Do CALF RAISES or GENTLE NECK CIRCLES while waiting for coffee
