THE CHALLENGE: Immediately after drinking your 8oz of water, stay seated and complete these 3 GENTLE STRETCHES, remembering to breathe slowly and deeply throughout:
1️⃣ Spine Wake-Up:
Gently arch your back (look up) then round your back (look down). Repeat 5 times.
2️⃣ Neck Release:
Slowly drop your ear toward your shoulder, holding for 10 seconds per side.
3️⃣ Side Body Stretch:
Reach one arm overhead and gently lean toward the opposite side, opening your ribs. Hold 10 seconds per side.
