The Whole Mama Collective is under the umbrella of Suite Wellness Spring Hill, a community that builds supported moms and families.

Our hope is to help connect the community of Spring Hill and Columbia with the care and support they need on their pregnancy journey into their fourth trimester. It also to connect birth and mama supporters together to build a network in each season and needs of the mama.

❤️No matter how many babies you’ve have, there is always transition and a rebirth of the mama.

Our first community event for 2026 is hosted by an amazing postpartum doula and mama Greta OHara with and Kin

We have two more book gatherings until our potluck!

Approaching food and eating from a place of taking care of our temple, should change what and how we consume food.

A comment was made last time about feeling more like a small group Bible Study than typical book club. That’s exactly the intention and focus!

Gather to fellowship with eachother and God as we go through the next several chapters!
