A little meal prep. Being prepared will help a great deal in the choices you make.
Egg bake
3/4 c egg whites
1 1/2 c turkey crumbles
1/3 bag of baby spinach chopped
Divide equally in cups
Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes
4 egg cups = 1 serving

Dinner prep
1/2 c Brown Jasmine rice
1/3 pkg of green beans, drizzle of olive oil and garlic
4-6 ounces of Protein will be cooked fresh daily. shrimp, fish, or chicken
