With all the stress we are experiencing I would like to share some thoughts about the effects. Since all illnesses can be linked to an emotion, which weakens the immune system,sitting quietly and asking yourself what the cause is will provide answers. Further, our bodies create dis-ease in order to regain ease. All dis-ease is caused by fear. Staying peaceful at this time is certainly a challenge like no other. In regard to our current state of affairs, we will get through this. Basically the action of viruses is to spin in our bodies until it loses its strength to spin. Some say it’s no different than any other virus. Others say it is. Rest, lots of water, elderberry syrup, honey and apple cider vinegar are effective. In fact, the father of medicine Hippocrates believed that honey and Apple cider vinegar were the cure all for any sickness. Bragg organic apple cider vinegar has directions on the bottle. Social distancing is protection.

The underlying problem causing a
Multitude of illnesses is our consumption of... sugar. Sugar causes inflammation and is responsible for Cancer. Sugar feeds the growth of Cancer. Please do your best to eliminate sugar other than from a natural source such as fruit. Additionally, Sweet Leaf Stevia is from a plant for sweetening in anything as a substitute for white sugar, etc. NONE of the other sweeteners are from a plant source.
