Why's a sleep doctor ecstatic about the FDA's recent announcement?!
The FDA just removed the black box warning from estrogen therapy—and this is HUGE for women’s sleep health!
Estrogen (and progesterone) is crucial for sleep!
When they decline during menopause, sleep often crashes.
