I see this way too often; people trying every supplement, gadget, and sleep hack they can find, desperately hoping something will work.

But here’s what most don’t realize: insomnia isn’t always one condition.

You could have sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, circadian rhythm disorder, or hormone-driven insomnia from menopause.

Each requires a completely different approach.

🤷🏽‍♀️ Taking melatonin for sleep apnea won’t help.

🤷🏽‍♀️ A white noise machine won’t fix restless legs syndrome

🤷🏽‍♀️ That expensive sleep tracker can’t diagnose what’s actually keeping you awake.

I’m not dismissing sleep aids—they may be helpful SHORT TERM!

But without knowing what you’re treating, you’re guessing in the dark.

If you’ve struggled with sleep for weeks or months, start with a proper evaluation.

I’m hosting an exclusive evening for women who own and lead private practices and I’m keeping it intentionally small.
