After nearly four incredible decades of service, Acts has announced an important leadership update.

CEO Gerald T. Grant has informed the Board of Directors of his intention to retire at the end of 2026. He will continue to serve as CEO through the conclusion of his term, maintaining full responsibility for Acts' operations and strategic direction during this planned transition.

The Board has initiated a succession process as part of its comprehensive leadership planning, with a full-year transition timeline designed to ensure continuity and long-term success.

We are deeply grateful for Mr. Grant's nearly 40 years of leadership and impact, and remain fully committed to our mission, our residents, and our stakeholders.

Holiday cheer filled the air at Spring House Estates! On December 14th, residents and prospective residents enjoyed our Holiday Tour of Homes featuring 11 beautifully decorated homes full of festive spirit. The celebration continued in the Main Lobby with a hot chocolate bar, filet mignon carving station, sweet treats, and hors d’oeuvres—all while a resident volunteer played beautiful piano music. A truly special day! 🎄☕🎹✨

Earlier this month, residents from Spring House Estates, Gwynedd Estates & Fort Washington Estates had a wonderful afternoon with St. Luke the Evangelist Church's Over 50's Club at the North Penn VFW Post 676! 💛

We shared more about Acts, connected with many familiar faces, and enjoyed a delicious lunch together. Over 50 attendees brought energy, laughter, and fellowship. Thank you to North Penn VFW Post 676 for hosting us! 🙌

✨ The 2025 Acts Chaplains' Conference (Sept. 22–25) was a remarkable gathering that brought together all Acts Chaplains at the Corporate Services Center. 🙌

🎤 Outstanding speakers — all from within Acts, including several chaplains — delivered impactful presentations that stirred hearts and minds. 🙏

This conference not only celebrated the chaplaincy ministry but also reignited a shared vision for spiritual leadership across the organization. The days were filled with powerful moments of reflection, worship, and fellowship — a time of deep connection, inspiration, and renewal. 🤝❤️
