The days are longer, flowers are in bloom, the promise of warmer weather awaits! As we approach this new season, may we continue to remember that when we give to ourselves, we are able to show up more aligned and alive❤️

This circle activates self healing by empowering you to clear what is asking to come forward. Using guided meditation, reiki, and soothing tones, a safe environment is cultivated for release to occur, ushering you closer to optimal living, fully supported and guided along the way.

Please bring a journal and writing tool as well as any comfort items (blanket, pillow).

When you begin to truly believe in yourself, something shifts—quietly at first, then all at once. The inner dialogue softens. The doubt loosens its grip. And in that space, your authentic self begins to rise.

Who can benefit from Family Constellation? Anyone can benefit from this experience, regardless of age, nationality, gender, belief, religion, or profession.

About the Event: This is an in-person group immersion where Family Constellations and an introduction to meditation will take place. In Family Constellations, one experiences a new awareness of what was hidden in a family’s memory and from this point, one may take new action in life towards changing patterns. By being mindful of the present moment, everyone in the group can benefit, whether they choose to bring up a personal issue, represent someone’s constellation, or simply observe attentively.

The simple and ancient practice of meditation connects us to the present moment, which is our only means of living.Through an awareness exercise, an ancient introductory meditation practice, we will pause together.

About the group’s attitude: Each participant is guided by some essential principles for everyone to practice:

Embrace all without judgement
Show respect
Keep confidential what is shared
Create a calm and peaceful environment

Most people cannot see the wind, but we are able to see its effects. Although seemingly invisible, we emphatically know of its existence.
We cannot hear the wind until its force bumps up against an object. When we silence the chatter (objects) in our mind, our listening deepens to an expanded level of perception.
However, we all feel the presence of the wind! The wind’s presence varies in composition, velocity, pattern, motion, force, temperature and moisture. As it meets our flesh, we each experience and interpret sensations in our own unique manner. Our E-MOTIONS tend to vacillate just like the wind.
Our Breath is like the wind. It is a force by which we can consciously shift our experience of ourselves, others and the world by slowing things down, creating a relaxation response, fostering balance and raising our awareness. This Pathway of Awareness operates on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. This is a self-healing modality utilizing high vibrational energy cultivated by a conscious connected, diaphragmatic breathing pattern. Hands on attention, somatic experiencing together with each of our individual intentions create an effortless flowing circle of inspiration.

You are invited to gather on the 3rd Saturday of the month. We come together to release negative energy, discover our beautiful magic, enjoy our magic and uplift each other in circle. Energy for a woman is like oxygen and connects her to life itself. Without connection, she may survive, but not necessarily thrive. Our female energy is creative energy, healing energy, nurturing energy and a very important energy, to be honored, discovered and celebrated. When our energy is suppressed, misused, or violated, it does not disappear, it will turn into pain stored inside the body..physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually.

As safety arises from within, energy begins to flow naturally, without force, without fear, and without compromise. Integration of our full energetic potential comes as a woman remembers how to connect with herself.

You are invited to bring a short poem, reading or expression of you! We will be dancing for a portion so please dress freely!

Saturday Women’s Circle explores and experiences the power of our feminine energy by offering  a rejuvenating experience enhanced by visibility, vulnerability and the willingness to show up! May you choose to remember that it is always possible to know, see and feel lighter even when it is dark.
