Spring is a season of rebirth. The earth softens. Light lasts longer and what was dormant begins again.

We’re part of nature too — and just like the seasons shift, so can we.
An emotional reset isn’t about becoming a new person. It’s about releasing what’s heavy and reconnecting with what’s true for you.
Over time, stress, grief, burnout, and unprocessed emotions quietly build up in the body and mind. Without intentional reset, we carry winter energy into a new season.

Why an emotional reset matters:
• It reduces feeling overwhelmed
• It improves mental clarity
• It restores nervous system balance
• It strengthens self-awareness
• It helps you respond instead of react

Ways to reset internally:
 • Journal what you’re ready to release

Join us for a meaningful and fun experience. In this workshop, you will:
 
· Learn about the spiritual significance and meditative qualities of mandalas.
· Create a clay Celtic mandala to wear and/or use for your own meditative practice.
· Engage in a guided meditation.
· Mingle and enjoy scones and tea!
 
When: Saturday, March 7, 2026
Time: 12pm-2pm
Who: Open to ages 8 and older.

Why is intuition so important?

Because we are intuitive! Defined as the ability to understand something immediately, instinctively, or by “gut feeling,” without conscious reasoning or evidence. It is a built in survival mechanism. How awesome is that? If guided and taught how to trust our intuitive intelligence as we are developing and growing we learn how to avert danger as well as move closer to alignment with our truest and brightest selves. Unfortunately many of us were not encouraged or shown how to listen and often spend much of our lives overthinking, overriding and distrusting our intuition in a million little ways.

When we are able to experience a connection to our self and listen intimately to our heart, we open to the possibility that the map of healing resides within and actually knows the very best path to get us there.

This circle activates self healing by empowering you to clear what is asking to come forward. Using guided meditation, reiki, and soothing tones a serene environment is cultivated for release to occur, supported and guided along the way.
Please bring a journal and writing tool as well as any comfort items (Blanket, pillow).

Stress is something we all experience — but how we respond to it makes all the difference.
Here are a few simple ways meditation can support stress relief:

1. Calms the Nervous System
Meditation helps shift the body out of “fight or flight” mode and into a more relaxed state. Even 5–10 minutes of mindful breathing can lower heart rate and ease tension.
2. Reduces Overthinking
Stress often comes from racing thoughts. Meditation teaches you to observe thoughts without getting caught up in them, creating space and clarity.
3. Improves Emotional Regulation
Regular practice strengthens your ability to respond, rather than react, to stressful situations.
4. Enhances Sleep Quality
Guided meditation before bed can quiet the mind and help improve restorative sleep.
5. Builds Long-Term Resilience
Consistent meditation can rewire stress pathways in the brain, helping you feel more grounded over time.

Energy for a woman is like oxygen and connects her to life itself. Without connection, she may survive, but not necessarily thrive. Feminine energy is creative energy, healing energy, and an important energy that allows a woman to feel alive in her body.

When this energy is suppressed, misused, or violated, it does not disappear, it can turn into pain stored inside the body.

Safety comes when a woman reconnects with herself. When safety arises from within,  energy begins to flow naturally, without force, without fear, and without compromise.

Healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about reconnecting to your center, and allowing that natural part of “self” to grow.

This part can live beneath the anxiety, the trauma, the self doubt, the over thinking, or all the stories you were told about who you should be.

Healing happening when you choose to slow down enough to listen, to breath, to speak your truth with clarity. It’s in those moments you find the shifts. You find your light!

❤️ Coherence is a state in which all our systems — physical, mental, emotional — are working in harmony. Allowing us to feel peaceful, spacious, and calm. When we broadcast this energy to others it affects their coherence too.

Have you ever walked into a room where someone was upset, or people had been fighting and knew immediately something was “off”?? When we’re upset, our heart rhythms reflect it — they race and become erratic. We can broadcast that stress through the heart. Just like when we’re relaxed and centered, our heart rhythms communicate this sense of ease and safety, inviting others to feel comfortable in our presence and sync up to our energy. By learning tools for coherence both caregivers and children can get in sync, supporting each other towards a goal of optimal health.
