Lakeshore Family Chiropractic Health and Wellness's mission is to help the community of Spring Lake, MI to Live Healthy, Live Natural, Live Happy. In our office we offer chiropractic adjustments, exercise instruction, nutritional counseling, massage therapy, foot orthotics, and Biotic Research supplements. Dr. Sara Young and Dr. Cathy Boufford have trained extensively through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, through which they received their certification in the Webster's Technique. If anyone in your family is tired of suffering, our doctors are here to help them live the life they want and desire to live.
