Happy Administrative Professionals Day!

Today, we’re celebrating the people who keep everything running behind the scenes.
Our admin team is often the first voice you hear and the first smile you see. They play a huge role in creating the experience our patients feel every day.
From scheduling and problem-solving to keeping the day flowing, they do it all with care and consistency.

We’re grateful for everything you do, today and every day.

Celebrating 5 years with Jamie!

Around here, he’s known as “The Professor,” always learning, always teaching, and always ready with an answer (or two).

With more than 20 years of experience, Jamie brings a level of knowledge and curiosity that makes our whole team better. More than that, he’s someone people trust. His willingness to share, support, and invest in others has made a real difference for both our team and the patients he cares for.

We’re grateful for the way he shows up every day! Cheers, Jamie!

Always learning. Always growing.

Ann recently led a Lunch & Learn for our team on the Mulligan Technique (Mobilization with Movement), a hands-on approach that helps improve mobility and reduce pain, often in the moment.

It’s one more way we continue to build on our skills so we can better serve the people who trust us with their care.

Grateful for teammates like Ann who are passionate about sharing knowledge and helping all of us keep getting better.

Hello, longer days. Hello, fresh air. Hello, movement season. 🌷

Spring is here, which means yard work, evening walks, training runs, golf swings, and getting back outside.

If winter left you feeling tight, sore, or a little hesitant to jump back in, now’s the time to reset. Small aches have a way of tagging along when we ignore them.

Whether you’re looking for physical therapy, occupational therapy, personal training, or group fitness classes, we’ve got you covered.

Maybe you’re gearing up for a race.
Maybe you just want to feel good walking the dog again.
We’re here for both.
