This is Day 4 of ankle rehab. Lighter today because Day 3 was a doozy!

Soft tissue work, fibular manipulation and TENS (all at home because this little baller gets to call me Dad more often than Doc)

Day 3 consisted of:
Proprioception training on a power plate with gentle, pain free motions at 20hz for 5 minutes

Followed by 10 minutes of PEMF therapy to increase blood flow to the area (feels like massage inside the joint capsule)

Finished off with Class IV cold laser therapy for 13 minutes to help reduce pain and inflammation, increase mitochondrial activity (the engine of the cell), and shorten healing times at the ATFL.
