Fusion Bodywork & Fitness Hi!! We are a locally owned massage and fitness studio in Spring Mills, PA. Hi, I’m Naomi Cahill. I enjoy running, lifting weights, and eating delicious food.

We are excited to be able to bring professional massage and fitness services to the area with the hope of helping each client live a life with less pain and more enjoyment. I grew up in Centre Hall and absolutely love being out in nature and spending time with my family and friends. I believe it is my life’s calling to help you overcome any pain and injuries, and teach you how to take better care of your body. I am thrilled to be a part of your healing journey. I’m a licensed massage therapist and a certified fitness trainer. I graduated from Penn State with a degree in Kinesiology and completed Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy’s 600+ hour program. My fitness certification is through International Sports Sciences Association, and I’m also a Corrective Exercise Specialist through National Academy of Sports Medicine. This unique mixture of education enhances my ability to work with the body from both massage and fitness perspectives. Why did I want this mixture? Because, it changed my life. I have had debilitating, chronic pain for over 15 years, and nothing decreased the pain. Once I began a very basic fitness program, and received massage regularly, I finally started to experience relief. Being physically active and receiving bodywork has increased my quality of life, making it possible for me to do the things I love again. I strive to help others who also struggle with chronic pain and frustrating injuries. A few techniques I have learned and hope to share with you are: deep tissue Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point (neuromuscular) therapy, sports massage, assisted stretching, cranial-sacral therapy, and more

I currently offer the following services: Traditional Massage, Bodywork Session, Pregnancy Massage, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Corrective Exercise, Functional Fitness, and Personal Training. I look forward to working with you in January 2023! LMT: MSG 014008 ABMP Certified

And, potentially a self-diagnosed glutton. Being near Boston, I had to get myself some seafood, and it did not disappoint!

Just another reminder that our phone lines are changing - it has been a longer process than expected! But isn't everything related to technology?!

So excited to work with our local Black Bear Fiber for reliable internet AND for helping us implement and manage our new Ooma Office phone system! Having a local company that sets everything up and is just a phone call away for support makes all the difference.

Thanks to our new office manager, Amy, we’re can now offer shopping hours at Fusion! Having her on board means we can open our doors just for browsing, gifting, and restocking your favorites.

Stop in to shop local Central PA products — from kombucha and honey to goat milk soaps, shower steamers, tallow products, candles, and more. You can also purchase gift certificates and schedule your next session in person.

✨ Limited special orders are available for select products — if you’re looking for something specific, just ask!

Can’t make the listed times? You can always shop before or after your scheduled session, too.

If you’ve been following along, you know we’ve added some new products! Take a look at the photos below to see what’s currently in stock — and stay tuned, because even more new items are on the way.

Kombucha is temporarily out of stock, but we’re hoping to have it back by the end of February.

Starting in March, we’ll be introducing “Shopping Hours.” During these designated times, you’re welcome to stop in — no appointment needed — to purchase products, grab gift certificates, or schedule sessions in person. Each week’s hours will be posted on social media and on our door. We plan to offer several consistent hours each week, though they may vary slightly depending on staff availability. You’re always welcome to call or text to confirm before stopping by.

We’re excited to make it even easier for you to shop small, support local, and take a little wellness home with you. Thank you for being part of our community — we can’t wait to see you in the studio!

Friday night was a special night!

I was able to offer chair massage to dozens of caregivers in the Respite Room during the Night to Shine event in Boalsburg.

If you aren't familiar with this Tim Tebow Foundation event, here is a small blurb from their website:

"Night to Shine is a complimentary event for people with special needs hosted by local churches around the world. The event is open to anyone living with disabilities, ages 14 and older. Each event is unique to its location, but some cornerstone activities included across all of them are a red carpet entrance complete with a warm welcome from a friendly crowd and paparazzi, hair and makeup stations, shoeshines, limousine rides, karaoke, gifts, a catered dinner, a Sensory Room, a Respite Room for parents and caregivers, dancing, and a crowning ceremony where every guest is honored as a King or a Queen - the way God sees them each and every day."

It was such a fun night working beside my dear friend, Naomi (yes, 2 Naomi's). And we look forward to next year!!!
