Therapy doesn’t have to mean sitting still.
Adding tools like Play-Doh and fidgets can actually make myofunctional therapy more engaging and effective. It’s okay if little hands are moving while the rest of the body is learning, too. Movement can help kids stay regulated, focused, and ready to practice new skills.
My friend Jackie, an occupational therapist and the heart behind OT Play Lab, has created the sweetest Play-Doh kits that support sensory play and development. I love seeing how creative tools like these can touch so many lives.
For our Lucky Lunch playdate this First Friday in March, I’ll be raffling off not one, but TWO of Jackie’s Play-Doh kits. If you can’t make this one, no worries — there will be more gatherings and I’ll keep you posted.
In the meantime, you can find these kits on Amazon or directly through Jackie at .
