IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT INFORMATION:

We are still open but have set up some new precautions for appointments this week. Obviously, any of this could change depending on developments with the COVID-19 pandemic. Please keep checking our page for additional updates.

Based on Minnesota Department of Health and CDC recommendations, we ask that you cancel your appointment if you have been exposed to COVID-19, have travelled via airplane in the last 14 days, and/or if you have or are experiencing:
Fever (+100.4)
Cough (Productive or Non-Productive)
Bronchitis or Respiratory Infection
Sore Throat
Shortness of Breath
Digestive Complaints, including Vomiting or Diarrhea
Severe fatigue not associated with travel

Additional precautions:
1. When you call to schedule an appointment, we will ask you some screening questions, per Minnesota Department of Health and CDC recommendations.
2. We have locked the front door—when you arrive for your appointment, please read the notice on the door and then ring the doorbell and we will let you in. We are taking extra care to limit the number of patients in our office, especially in our waiting room, per social distancing recommendations.
3. We will very soon be transitioning to emergency only care.

We don’t like to turn patients away and eagerly anticipate the day when we can operate our office as normal. We are trying to keep our patients and our staff as safe as possible. Thank you for your understanding! We will get through this!

We have received numerous calls today inquiring if we're open and taking appointments. The answer is, "YES!" We are open for business, taking the necessary precautions with sanitizing, etc. If we should happen to decide to close for a time, we will call all patients with existing appointments to inform them of the closure.
So come on in, we're open! :)

We here at Mettler Family Chiropactic are taking extra precautions to ensure that our patients and staff are safe. We have hand sanitizer available throughout the waiting room and exam rooms. EXTRA cleaning time in each room has been allowed between each patient. We are all here in this together! We will get through it!
