So a friend cam in 2 weeks ago complaining about getting things stuck between his last 2 teeth. He was getting headaches and earache. I removed an old crown, reprepared the tooth and made a temporary crown. He said to me, no more earaches. He felt silly for waiting so long.

I love my cavity detector. It's known to be more accurate than x-rays, and I can diagnose on a pregnant person and not worry about any radiation(even though digital xrays have less exposure than sunbathing for ten minutes).
So here is a photo of recurring decay around an old silver filling. Next is the silver shown in the mouth. Last is the tooth colored filling. I lovevthis stuff!

An emergency came in today. The patient fractured a tooth after eating an almond. OUCH! We were able to remove the fracture and restore the tooth in ONE visit. No crown necessary. The patient was overjoyed and will be able to eat on it TODAY!

Just got my 2nd. Moderna vaccine this morning at Good Samaritan Hospital. I must say that the team there is incredibly efficient and courteous. From the Town of Ramapo Office, the group that orchestrated everything to the group of Nurses, Doctors and Administrators from Good Sam and the surrounding practices. Thank you. We are lucky to have such a crew available to us in Rockland County.

I am happy to say that we were all able to get our first round of Covid vaccines in our office today thanks to the staff at Rockland Depth. Of Health and Good Samaritan Hospital. It is a feeling of relief that we will all have the opportunity to get the vaccine in the near future so we can return to a more normal society. In the meantime Covid is still around us. Please be safe out there!

Hi all. I meant to post this the other day. I was treating an anesthesiologist from a local hospital the other day. He remarked tat our precautions and sanitizing was stricter than the hospital that he works in! So people, don't be afraid to go to your Dentist. There are many systemic diseases linked to oral bacteria. Diabetes. Heart disease, Alzheimer's disease, atherosclerosis to name a few. Why risk one of those issues? STAY SAFE! BUT GO TO THE DENTIST!
