Thank you to Roth Elementary School for inviting Ally Medical ER Spring to be part of your Family Winter Night and Choir Winter Concert! ❄️🎶

We truly enjoyed spending the evening with students, families, and staff as everyone came together to celebrate the season. The Roth Elementary Choir put on a wonderful winter performance, and the joy and community spirit made the night unforgettable.

🌟 Meet Meisha, your Spring Facility Administrator 🌟

For Meisha, Spring is all about the close-knit, supportive community—a place where people look out for each other and truly care.

Outside of Ally Medical ER, she’s always up for an adventure! Whether she’s traveling, off-roading, camping, cooking Southern comfort foods, riding motorcycles, or cruising the backroads in her family’s classic cars, life is never boring 🚙🔥. She and her husband have four adult children, one grandson, and two beloved Texas Blue Lacy dogs.

Meisha describes herself as:
Dedicated. Compassionate. Driven.
With 30 years in nursing, she leads with heart, lifts up her team, and is lovingly known as the “Mom” of the group.

Why does she love caring for patients?
“Every patient deserves to feel cared for, safe, and heard. It’s a privilege to ease someone’s fear or pain—even for a moment.”
