Mike was born in Lester, Alabama (about 3 miles south of the Tennessee state line). Here at The Landing at Augusta Woods, Mike, “the High Five Guy,” starts off every morning by spreading joy by leading everyone in singing “This Is The Day The Lord Has Made.”
