There’s a reason why The Landing at Augusta Woods is Frontier Senior Living ‘s leading community - being honored with the highest NOI and Best Culture during our recent company SPARK Training. ✨

Is it because:
• we have state and national recognition?
• we created local and state holidays that reached other cities and states across the US?
• we have been featured in the news, magazines, podcasts, and more?
• we have a former regional leader serving as our Executive Director - whose training and ideas are still being used in our company’s Executive Director training?
• we have the most Senior leaders in our community than others?
• we have state and national awards?
• we have over 150 years of collective experience working for older adults?

… the answer is NO! It’s because our team truly values each unique individual we provide care for and implement that into their our care and daily lives.

For example, Esther was having a bad day the other day. The care staff asked our Senior Lifestyle Director, Edward, to spend some one on one time with her, in an effort to cheer her up. They then ran into Sabrina Barrett , our Senior Health Services Director, who was in the middle of an assessment. She stopped everything she was doing to comfort Esther. “Thank you, I needed that.” Esther said. 🤍

Next, our Culinary Team prepared Esther’s lunch in our center courtyard - since they know Esther loves being outdoors (do you blame her, check out our great fountain view!). And next thing you know, Esther was saying what a great day she was having.

When you focus on what is the MOST IMPORTANT PART OF SENIOR LIVING (THE RESIDENTS), great things happen.
