๐Ÿ€ Get plenty of rest and take time for yourself. Schedule regular breaks throughout the day and make sure to get a good nightโ€™s sleep.

๐Ÿ€ Practice mindfulness and be present. Take time to slow down, focus on the present moment, and be more mindful of your thoughts and feelings.

๐Ÿ€ Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains will give you the energy and nutrients you need for a healthy spring. Or at the very least make sure you are taking good quality supplements.
