We’re usually closed on Mondays, so this is a little switch for the week. If you’ve been wanting to come in, Monday is a great day to reset before the week starts.

Try this:
Take 60 minutes --> then come back.
When sensory input drops, cortisol can decrease, muscles relax, and your nervous system recalibrates.

Same to-do list. Different internal state. Clicking “NO” to chaos for one hour isn’t lazy.
