🌠 Recently, our community in the Houston area experienced an extraordinary event—meteorites landed in and around our neighborhood, and our Paradise Springs community was smack dab in the middle of Ground Zero! 🪐 These meteorites vary in size, color, and composition, making them a fascinating topic for exploration. 🔬
Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming geologist Alan 👨🔬, who provided an engaging and informative session for both staff and residents. He taught everyone how to identify meteorites 🪨, what to do if they come across one 🚶♂️, and shared the science and fun behind these celestial visitors ✨.
The presentation was a huge success! 🎉 Residents were captivated 😮, staff gained valuable knowledge 📚, and afterward, we received an outpouring of positive feedback ❤️. Inspired by the session, residents even went outside for a meteorite hunt 🌌, turning this educational experience into an exciting community adventure 🏃♀️🪐.
