Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office with upbeat personality and professional appearance.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, take clear messages
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable,
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily interoffice documents
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, adhere to HIPPA and confidentiality guidelines)
Order and pickup office supplies
Update calendars
Keep updated records of Daily Client Reports and flow sheets
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
