Our Salize residents enjoyed a refreshing Circuit Trail experience, a guided journey that blended movement, mindfulness and fun!
We started from Salize, made our way through Assisted Living, and ended in the fitness room with calming cool-down stretches and a a beautiful affirmation: "When I move my body, I feel great in my body".

It was the perfect reminder that wellness is all about connection, to our bodies, our breath and each other.
