💙 A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Patients 💙
We want to take a moment to send a huge thank you to our incredible patients over the past couple of weeks — especially this last week.
Dr. Rinkle has been quietly battling illness, exhaustion, and shortness of breath, which understandably made it challenging at times to deliver the level of care and customer service we pride ourselves on. After further evaluation, he was diagnosed with pneumonia, and we now have a clear treatment plan in place.
Despite not feeling his best, Dr. Rinkle has continued working both in our clinic and ER shifts — which certainly didn’t help recovery. Yesterday, we made the decision to pause, prioritize healing, and give him the full support he needed. He received ozone therapy, a powerful immune-support IV, and IV antibiotics — all the good stuff.
The result?
✨ He slept well last night — his first good night of sleep in two months — and is already feeling better today.
We will continue supporting his recovery between patients, and we’re happy to say we are officially on the upswing.
Your compassion, patience, kindness, and empathy during this time have truly meant the world to us. The grace you’ve shown Dr. Rinkle has been nothing short of remarkable — and we are deeply grateful.
