Not a long time ago, fatigue, dizziness, muscle aches, and trouble concentrating were part of my daily life. ๐Ÿ˜ž I learned that these are common symptoms of autoimmune diseases, which can include conditions like celiac disease, type 1 diabetes, and psoriasis.

But guess what? I discovered a simple change that helped me manage these symptoms better - drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day! ๐Ÿ’ง๐Ÿ’ช
