Another stunning outdoor living transformation completed by our team! ✨

This project started with a full demo of the existing patio cover and slab to make way for a brand-new covered space designed for both comfort and functionality.

We installed a larger concrete patio slab and built a custom cover that ties seamlessly into the existing home, complete with recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and upgraded electrical for a fully functional outdoor setup. 🔨

The project also included running new gas, water, and electrical lines to create a complete outdoor kitchen featuring brick construction, a polished granite countertop, and a built-in sink, perfect for entertaining.

To finish it off, we wrapped all structural elements, painted to match the home, and added gutters for proper drainage.

The finished space now offers a durable, shaded outdoor retreat with a fully equipped kitchen, turning this backyard into the perfect place to relax and host year-round! 🏠🔥

Throwback to this Garage Rebuild project!

This project involved rebuilding much of the garage structure, including replacing load-bearing stud walls, rafters, joists, and the header beam above the overhead garage door. We also installed new siding with moisture barrier, cedar trim, soffit and fascia, and a new insulated exterior access door.

The roof was completely redone with new decking, felt, laminated shingles, ridge caps, vents, gutters, and drip edge. To finish the project, we installed a new overhead garage door and opener, updated electrical outlets and lighting, and sealed and painted the exterior for a clean finished look.

The result is a stronger, safer, and refreshed garage that blends perfectly with the home!

Another beautiful mater bathroom transformation completed by our team! ✨

This remodel started with a complete demo of the existing tub, shower, vanity, cabinets, flooring, and fixtures. We reconfigured the layout to create a spacious zero-curb walk-in shower with mosaic tile flooring, large format tile walls, a built-in bench, and a frameless glass enclosure. 🚿

The project also included installing new custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, undermount sinks, updated lighting, fresh paint, and new tile flooring throughout the bathroom. We added modern upgrades like blocking for grab bars, improved ventilation, additional electrical outlets, and a dedicated bidet outlet.

The finished space now features a bright, open design with warm cabinetry, clean tile work, and a spa-like shower that makes this bathroom both beautiful and functional! 😀

Throwback to this Staircase Upgrade!

For this project we removed the existing carpet, carpet pad, and stained oak trim along the edges of the steps. We then installed solid oak stair treads with a bullnose edge and new paint-grade risers. The treads were stained and clear coated to match the existing newel posts, while the risers were primed and painted with Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane trim paint for a clean finish.

The painted runners on the sides of the steps were refreshed, while the handrails and newel posts remained to preserve the original look.

Throwback to this Bathroom Remodel!
This was a full remodel starting with demoing the flooring, baseboards, tub, tile, toilet, vanity cabinet, mirror, and lights. We created a walk-in shower which replaced the tub. Sherwin-Williams paint was used for the ceiling and walls. Mosaic tile was installed on the shower floor. We installed a wall mounted shower seat and grab bars on shower wall for comfort and stability.
