✨What a truly beautiful gathering we had on Friday!
We came together to share stories, reflections, sound, and presence.

Pat gifted us a Hollow Bone, rooted in Hopi teaching—a powerful reminder that the Hollow Bone is not about doing, performing, or controlling, but about becoming empty enough to listen and allow spirit to move through us.

We also had the rare opportunity to play a special harp—and Barry shared his gift with us, filling the space with gentle, sacred sound.
The energy was strong, grounded, and deeply supportive.

Moments like this remind us that when we gather with open hearts, something meaningful always unfolds.

Our Christmas Potluck was truly special.
We began by listening to Beethoven’s 9th Symphony, allowing ourselves to take a deep dive inward — into stillness, reflection, and joy.

Afterwards, meaningful conversations unfolded, filling the space with connection and warmth. And of course, we nourished the body too, sharing delicious food and heartfelt moments together 🍲🤍
