I hope I never look like the woman in the first photo again… and I don’t mean physically.
Because none of us should stay the same.
Life is supposed to change us.
We’re supposed to learn.
We’re supposed to grow.
And once we know better, we should do better.
The woman in the first picture was hurting.
Exhausted. Inflamed. Hormones out of balance.
Trying everything but not understanding what was actually happening inside her body.
Then I learned what metabolic health really meant.
I learned how insulin resistance was affecting everything — my weight, my hormones, my energy, my mood.
When I started addressing the root causes, things began to change.
My insulin resistance reversed.
My PCOS symptoms resolved.
And my body finally started working with me instead of against me.
This is one of the reasons I care so deeply about the work I do today.
Because I’m not just teaching something I read in a textbook.
I lived it.
And when you finally understand how your body actually works…
everything changes.
