Navigating holidays through grief can be difficult. We want you to know that you are not alone and you can channel your emotions in a private space on Christmas Eve for FREE. If you or someone you know could benefit from Smash Therapy during the holidays please reserve online. Reservations will open up on Monday, December 22 at 12 PM on our website.

Please do not reserve for fun or content and save the slots for folks that are in need of a break during grieving periods.

We will have great deals in the new year that you all could use in the future!
