Our colleagues at our sister company, TRM Hospice Care are proud to announce their partnership with We Honor Veterans, a national program created by the NHPCO and the VA to ensure Veterans receive the compassionate, specialized care they deserve at the end of life.
Each year, over 300,000 Veterans pass away—many outside the VA system, unaware of the benefits and support available to them. As a Level One WHV partner, TRM Hospice is committed to changing that.
