👀Here’s a peek at a typical day of eating for me. I know it can be helpful to get fresh ideas, especially if you’re trying to prioritize protein.

A few things to know:

🍽️Although I think it can be useful for some, I don’t count calories. I just try to use more of an intuitive eating method—eating when I’m hungry, stopping when I’m full. I also have a good grasp on how many calories different foods have and what is a reasonable amount for me to eat.

🍽️I roughly count my protein with a daily goal of eating a minimum of 100 grams. This was a higher day that ended up around 154 grams.

🍽️My biggest goal with my healthy eating is *variety*
