We are dedicated to providing high-quality, child-centered autism services for children in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and North Carolina.

We provide center-based ABA Therapy and Caregiver Guidance in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. Inner Circle's philosophy is that children learn best through hands-on, play-based interaction. We believe that if a child is having fun, they will not only gain new skills, but they will also develop a love for learning that will last. We approach therapy by inspiring your child to grow, learn, play, connect, wonder, and discover. Every member of our Inner Circle team is passionate about providing the quality that you and your child deserve. We take this commitment seriously. Our focus is on language and communication development, social skills and peer interaction, development of positive self-esteem, daily living skills, motor skill development, independent, group, and social play, critical thinking, and cognitive skills.

Join us in congratulating Ruben Rios on his recent promotion to Regional Support Coordinator! Since joining ICAN in 2024 as Treatment Director of our newly opened Moore center, Ruben has helped open and lead our North Edmond center, stepped into the role of Regional Support Specialist, and now continues his ICAN journey as Regional Support Coordinator. Ruben is a leader who demonstrates strong clinical quality, thoughtfulness, and the belief that ABA can and should be joyful for children, families, and the teams who support them.

Thank you to Dr. Sabrina Rando, Ed.D, BCBA, LABA for leading our CEU workshop today on the topic "Supervise Like a Sociologist". This learning event brought together ICAN leaders across multiple departments including clinical, operations, and support teams. As we learned in the workshop, leadership is not a one-size-fits-all approach and our unique beliefs, behaviors, and values influence how we interact with each other and the world.
