On Sunday Heaven gained Chip Brown, an amazing leader, husband, father, grandfather, and servant. Thank you to everyone who has reached out, loved on us, and supported us during this time. Chip led Good Shepherd In Home Care & Transportation with a servant’s heart & an infectious laugh. We know things will never be the same, but we will continue honoring his legacy, his love for serving others, and bringing as much joy & laughter as we can. We lost more than an owner, we all lost a friend. “Well done, good and faithful servant.” 💚💙

Toni joined the Good Shepherd Team in September of 2023 and has consistently gone above and beyond, bringing so much compassion, dedication, and a bright smile to everyone she supports.

Toni works a hybrid position taking care of clients AND mentoring new caregivers. Her passion is coaching, developing positive, supportive relationships with the new caregivers, and coaching + educating caregivers that are going into new client homes.

Joel, Ashley and Tyler had an unbesheepable opportunity to spend time with Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital Northwest Arkansas!

Today, we were able to share helpful tools, answer valued questions and collaborate on our transport side. These conversations and collaborative efforts, along with our continued partnership will help case management, their team and those we serve together!

“Winter Weather War Room” ❄️🧊 Our Homecare & Transport Team are working together this week to prepare for the possibility of inclement weather. We go over the clients who absolutely need a caregiver during the weather, communicate with their families on the game plan, place caregivers that can stay for multiple days with them in case they get iced or snowed in, and work with the transport team to schedule rides for caregivers that need to make it to shifts. It’s truly a group effort to get ready for weather like this and ensure we provide the care needed for our clients. 💚💙
