My latest creation - Crud Rub! This is designed to help with the cough, body aches, congestion, sinus pain and general malaise (aka crud) you feel when you get hit with a head or chest cold or the flu. This particular combination of ingredients is designed to soothe, calm and relieve the crud while providing antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, warming, soothing healing. This is a good thing to always have handy, just in case.

Introducing a new creation to the Body Harmony organic, handcrafted line of products - Lotion Bars! These are a portable version of my incredible creams, housed in a beautiful tin for easy storage and toting. All you do is pop the bar out of the tin, rub it between your palms to stimulate a bit of melting, then massage into skin. Can’t wait for you to try it!

Had a lovely, productive “day off”. Spent the majority of the day tending to the paperwork end of business, closing out the year, setting up for 2023, getting ready for the accountant, creating a budget and business plan for the year…..and then took a break and did something creative, organic and for me, therapeutic: packaged a tea blend to share with my clients (and anyone else who’s interested). Of course I had to have some myself while I was at it! Took this lovely cup back to my desk to finish up. A day well spent.

Isn’t it beautiful?!? It took 7 weeks of patiently waiting while the organically grown plantain infused in the olive oil. Today was the day! This salve is great for insect bites and stings, minor sores and wounds, rashes, skin irritations. It will ward off infection, provide immediate relief from sting or itch, reduce inflammation and promote healing. It is very simple, pure, organic: just the plantain oil, beeswax and lavender essential oil. That’s a tiny Lavender blossom you see in the center, from my garden. Made in small batches for insured freshness, so grab it while you can. It’ll be another 6-7 weeks before the next batch is ready.
