To my beautiful community,

I want to share something with you directly and from the heart.

At this time, I will be stepping back from my work as Psychic Frank for a while. After my car accident, I am still navigating ongoing injury concerns and physical pain, and it has become clear that I need to slow down and properly care for my health.

In addition, there are important matters in my personal life that require my full attention. I have made the decision to close my office and focus solely on myself and my family during this season.

This is not a goodbye - it is a pause.

I believe deeply in divine timing, and I trust that stepping back now is part of a larger alignment. My work has always been rooted in integrity, presence, and service. In order to continue offering that at the level I hold myself to, I must first make sure I am well.

I am incredibly grateful for every client, student, and soul who has walked this journey with me. Your support has meant more than you know.

When the time is right, I will return - renewed, grounded, and stronger.

The matrix is financial, but it is also psychological and energetic. It convinces you that slowing down is failure. It encourages debt over discipline. It rewards distraction over clarity. It normalizes burnout.

Removing yourself from the matrix does not begin with quitting everything. It begins with awareness. You recognize the cycle without pretending it is freedom.

The next step is regulating your nervous system. A dysregulated body makes reactive decisions. Stability creates strategy. When your mind and energy are grounded, you can think clearly about your next move.

Then you build skill sovereignty. Develop abilities that create leverage. Learn how to generate value in ways that are not entirely dependent on one structure. Increase knowledge. Increase adaptability. Increase ownership.
You establish energetic and practical boundaries. You stop overcommitting. You stop spending to soothe stress. You stop explaining your growth to people who are comfortable in stagnation.

You begin making intentional decisions. Every dollar has direction. Every hour has purpose. Every relationship reflects alignment rather than obligation.

Exiting the matrix is a process of conscious choice. It is not about rebellion. It is about responsibility. It is about reclaiming authority over your time, energy, and direction.
The cycle continues only when it is unquestioned.

ANIMAL SOULS

Animals are not accidental life forms wandering through evolution without purpose. They are conscious participants in the greater design of spiritual development.

In regression work and soul-level exploration, animals consistently appear as beings with their own soul blueprint. Their karmic structures are typically less complex than the human framework, yet they still evolve, learn, and progress through experience. Their incarnation is intentional.

Animals often enter a human’s life with assignment. They are not “just pets.” They arrive as companions, stabilizers, healers, mirrors, and sometimes protectors. Many incarnate specifically to assist a human soul during a particular lifetime chapter.

They operate through a form of Higher Consciousness. While their expression is different from human intellect, they are connected to a higher organizing awareness.
