Didn't get the chance to join us last week for Pink Yoga on the Lawn? To close out October, we will be hosting the last Pink Yoga on the Lawn at our SPRINGDALE campus October the 29th at 4:30PM.

Led by Ali Guthrie, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Yoga Instructor, this 30-minute introductory class will take place on the west lawn or inside if it rains. Wear your pink and come enjoy a time of reflection, movement, and mindfulness. We will provide water bottles, granola snacks, and yoga mats for your convenience.

Starting in November, our Registered Dietitian-led sessions will begin! These classes are designed for breast cancer patients and survivors. Three sessions are available including: Nutrition After Diagnosis, Nutrition During Treatment, and Nutrition for Survivorship.
