🏆✨ Last night, Springdale Health and Rehabilitation was honored to receive the Silver Award for Skilled Nursing for 2025!We are so proud of our team and grateful for this recognition of the compassionate care and dedication shown to our residents every day. 💙

We were also thrilled to celebrate alongside Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation, who received Gold for Best Memory Care and Bronze for Best OT and ST! Congratulations to both of our incredible teams on these well-deserved honors! 👏
