Friends--Tomorrow morning we begin construction on our new pharmacy department and drive-thru. Don't worry! We're not moving, just improving! We love Downtown Springdale and have no plans of leaving! Construction will take approximately 14 weeks (we've been through worse--remember COVID when we closed the lobby and served you behind masks via curbside and drive-thru only for over a year?!) Thanks to Mike Gilbert and his crew at Buffalo Builders, LLC, as well as our amazing pharmacy team, we will remain operational with limited closures throughout this remodel. To give you plenty of time to plan medication pick-ups, we will post any changes to our hours or store closures on social media and put announcements on our phone system. Please be patient and understanding with our staff, as they will be working in confined and often louder conditions than normal in order to serve you. I cannot thank you all enough for trusting our pharmacy with your medication and health needs--Your support of our family-owned business is the reason we need and can even do this remodel. Please continue your support by:
1. Sharing this post to help us get the word out
2. Using our automated phone system or FREE app (RxLocal) to request your refills
3. Requesting refills 3-5 business days before you run out of your medications
4. Using our current drive thru for pick-up AFTER you've received your "ready for pickup" text. IYKYK.
5. Requesting deliveries several days ahead when possible so we can plan for efficiency.
6. Multiple pick-ups or deliveries per month? Who has time for that? Sign up for our MedSync program (totally free) and let us do the work to get ALL your meds ready for pickup or delivery together, once a month!
