Position: Surgical Technologist (Scrub Tech)

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain sterile field for surgical procedures
• Anticipate surgeon needs and assist during procedures
• Ensure proper handling of instruments and equipment
• Maintain OR efficiency and patient safety standards
• Support turnover and setup between cases

Qualifications:
• Certified Surgical Technologist (preferred)
• Experience in plastic or cosmetic surgery strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable
