Last night’s farm to table candlelight dinner was one for the books ✨🕯️

We kicked things off with your choice of starters—sweet and savory peach crostini with basil & hot honey or a warm, comforting chicken tortilla soup.

For the main course, guests enjoyed either a perfectly cooked beef tenderloin topped with peppercorn sauce, served alongside baked two-cheese bacon grits and cauliflower gratin… or a creamy French chicken tarragon paired with a refreshing lime rice salad and scalloped corn.

And to finish the evening on a sweet note—homemade jam cake that was simply unforgettable 🍰

🌱🌼 Week 2 of Earth Month is in full bloom! 🌼🌱

Rainy days may have kept us indoors, but that didn’t stop the gardening fun! We brought the garden to our residents, and together we planted beautiful celosias—adding vibrant color and a touch of nature right inside our community. 🌸

There’s nothing like getting your hands in the soil, sharing smiles, and watching something grow. 💚
