Yellow Rock Treatment Center

Yellow Rock Behavioral Health is a psychiatric residential treatment center that is specifically designed for children and adolescents ages 12-17 who are having difficulties with problematic sexual behaviors that are complicated by mental illness. Our residential program treats both issues simultaneously through a multidisciplinary treatment approach to better ensure for a successful recovery. Through our program we help our patients learn to take responsibility for both their problematic sexual behaviors and any other behavioral problems they may have. Our highly structured program provides each child with an environment that promotes learning healthy coping skills, behavior management techniques, and relapse prevention techniques.

The mentor program at Ridgeview Group Home volunteered last week at the NWA food bank. The teens in the program learn the values of respect, responsibility, and accountability. Giving back to the community is an essential part of the program as it teaches kids valuable life skills.

We are so proud of our group home students for taking their time during spring break to volunteer!

Yesterday’s basketball game with our friends from Little Creek was a slam dunk! 🏀 It was such a fun way to keep kids active and engaged over spring break while also building teamwork and social skills.
