Welcome to Kids SPOT, LLC! Discover, Explore, Create with ST, PT, and OT! Kids SPOT provides outpatient clinical, in-home and in-preschool therapy services.

We strive to provide the best individualized therapy programs to give kids the confidence and tools they need to grow and succeed through speech-language, physical and occupational challenges. We specialize in kids ages birth to 18 and have experience with a variety of diagnoses, including Neonatal ICU cases and working with Spanish-speaking families. Our philosophy is treating the whole child and working with parents and caregivers to provide tools they can use to help their kids reach their goals and achieve successful, fulfilling lives. We accept: Arkansas Medicaid, AR Kids 1st A & B, TEFRA, some insurers including Blue Cross, United Healthcare, TriCare Humana Military, and cash or check. Specialties include: Therapeutic Listening Program (specialized music designed to assist with sensory integration), Pediatric Feeding & Swallowing, Beckman Oral-Motor Program (addresses low muscle tone in mouth), Neo-Natal ICU (NICU) follow-up diagnostics and intervention, Feeding and Sensory aversions, Tongue Thrust correction, Handwriting Without Tears program, Spanish language diagnostics and intervention..

We love getting to celebrate our friends! Graduating from therapy is bittersweet. We always miss seeing our friends, but we are so happy for all of their accomplishments!

We love bragging about all of our wonderful Kids SPOT kids, but today we wanted to celebrate some of our awesome therapists. Mr. Kinzie, Miss Katie, and Miss Erin all ran in the Little Rock Marathon this weekend! Wow! 🤩
