Before you reach for another pair of earplugs or banish your partner to the couch, let’s talk about what that nightly sawing sound might really be telling you.

Snoring isn’t just a sleep annoyance – it’s often your nervous system crying for help.

When your upper cervical spine (the top of your neck) is misaligned, it can affect the nerves that control your airway muscles, tongue position, and breathing patterns. Your nervous system struggles to properly coordinate the muscles needed for clear, quiet breathing during sleep.

What’s really happening:
🧠 Nerve interference disrupts proper muscle coordination
😴 Airways become more likely to collapse during sleep
⚡ Your nervous system can’t regulate breathing patterns optimally
💤 Poor sleep quality affects entire nervous system recovery
