If you’ve noticed…
•You’re slipping back into coping patterns you know aren’t healthy
• You feel overstimulated, numb, or detached — like life is happening around you, not with you
• A big change (new job, move, breakup, loss) has left you feeling unsettled
• You’ve been feeling “off” but can’t explain why
• You’re doing all the right things and still feel anxious, heavy, or unsatisfied
• You’re doubting yourself more or replaying conversations in your head
