“I can honestly say joining Burn has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. When I first started, I was just looking for a workout, but it turned into so much more than that.

From day one, the energy was different. The trainers are incredibly motivating, supportive, and genuinely care about your progress. No matter your fitness level, they meet you where you are and push you in the best way possible.

What I love most is the community. It doesn’t feel intimidating like a typical gym. Everyone cheers each other on, and it makes showing up something I actually look forward to. On days when I don’t feel motivated, Burn is the reason I still go.

Since joining, I’ve not only gotten stronger physically, but I feel more confident, energized, and proud of myself. It’s been such a positive transformation mentally and emotionally too.

Please help us in welcoming our new trainer...Fernanda Pereira🤩🥰

We are so excited & lucky to have her join our team.⭐️You will be seeing her in the afternoons.⭐️

Trainer Fernanda Pereira is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a specialization in strength training and fat loss. With over 6 years of experience in CrossFit and a strong background in strength training, she brings a performance-based and results-driven approach to helping clients build strong, confident bodies.

She helps clients build strength and lose fat through structured, intentional training, and works closely with women with lipedema, helping them improve body composition, build visible muscle, and feel more confident through proper training and nutrition.

Her training style is simple and intentional. She focuses on consistency, structure, and helping clients achieve their best shape.

Outside of training, Fernanda is a dedicated wife of 25 years and a mother of two daughters. She balances family life and homeschooling while pursuing her passion for helping others transform their lives through fitness.
