Today I share something deeply personal.

My mom passed away on Friday. She was my steady place, my biggest encourager, and the example of strength and grace that shaped who I am as a woman, a mother, and a provider.

I will be stepping away from the office for a bit to be with family and to grieve. To the patients whose appointments were already rescheduled, thank you for your understanding and kindness during this time. It means more than you know.

I am so grateful for this community and the support you’ve always shown me.

Hug your people a little tighter tonight. 🤍

I’m incredibly honored to be recognized as a top 3 finalist for Best Nurse Practitioner and proud of Springfield Clinic to be named Best Medical Spa and Plastic Surgery Center.

This week marks ten years of working toward these goals.

Early in my career, a physician once told me how “lucky” I was—that success had simply fallen into my lap. That I was “fortunate” when a popular medical spa closed and that the growing demand in aesthetics made things easy.

No sir. This didn’t happen by luck. It happened because of heart and hustle. Because I’ve set goals and worked relentlessly to reach them. Because every day, I aim to be better than I was yesterday. Because I genuinely want the best for my patients.

Aesthetics is a grind. Only those who are truly passionate about it succeed. There is absolutely nothing lucky about it.

AMI Anatomy Lab — what an incredible experience!

The cadaver and live injection lab was beyond valuable. .chrissurek depth of understanding and ability to teach facial anatomy in a way that directly connects to injection safety and artistry is astonishing. He truly is a pioneer in raising awareness of vascularity, lymphatics, musculature, and ligament structure in relation to injections. His book has long been one of my favorite resources—and I was lucky enough to have him sign it today!

It was such a fun surprise to find out a fellow colleague was attending, too. Thanks, , for sharing space with me—it was even better because you were there.

And a big thank you to for always thinking of me and giving plenty of notice for trainings!! It’s huge in making it work. I wish we’d gotten a picture together—next time for sure!

Laser tattoo removal is not a one-size-fits-all process. Results vary drastically depending on many factors, including the age of the patient, the age and location of the tattoo, the type and color of ink used, and even overall health. The laser works by breaking the ink into tiny particles, which the body gradually eliminates. This process takes time, and patience plays a big role in the outcome.

On average, most patients need 5–7 treatments spaced about 3 months apart, though treatments can be spread even further apart since time itself helps the body clear the ink.

This patient completed only 3 treatments, but there were 2 years between her first and last photo. When she sent me these pictures, she said, “3 Treatments (and time) did it! 100% satisfied!!!!”

The temples often get overlooked, but they play a huge role in framing the face and keeping a youthful, balanced appearance.

With age, volume loss in this area can lead to: hollowing, a more tired look and shadows that age the face.

By restoring volume, I smoothed the transition from the forehead to cheek, help supported the brows and brought back a soft, lifted look.

What you see here is two women who have shared a passion for aesthetics for nearly a decade. We’ve trained together more times than I can count—but today was a first. I had the honor of being trained by Jennifer on Allergan’s temple technique using Voluma… and she absolutely nailed it.

We’re both national trainers—but for different companies. We’re both injectors—but in different towns. We could be competitors… but instead, we’ve rooted for each other every step of the way.

JAW DROPPING

I did a little searching of my own and checked in on one of my fellow jaw filler patients — and wow, he is jaw-droppingly stunning. 😍

I even admitted to creeping a little and asked for his permission to share this photo (because seriously, look at him!).

Truth be told… he was already a total stud. But sharpen those jaw angles with a little dermal filler and holy cow. 🔥
