Satsang is a space for honest, heart-centered sharing. You’re invited to bring a mantra, a song, a poem, or a few words that feel meaningful to you. This isn’t a performance—just an offering from the heart. A chance to share something that has touched you, supported you, or feels true in this moment.

We’ll listen, reflect, and allow each offering to ripple through the space. You can share, or simply receive. Both are part of the experience. We hope you’ll join us.

Saturday at 10:30am – Root to Rise Vinyasa with Larissa
Build warmth, strength, and steady breath through a flowing practice that meets you where you are and leaves you feeling clear and energized.

Saturday at 6:00pm – Sound Nidra with Larissa & Brian
A deeply restful experience combining sound healing with Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is often called “yogic sleep,” but it’s not actually sleep—it’s a guided meditation that brings you into a state between waking and sleeping where the body fully relaxes and the mind becomes quiet and receptive. This is where real restoration happens. Paired with sound, it becomes even more immersive—helping to calm the nervous system, release tension, and reset from the inside out.

Sunday at 10:30am – Bhakti Yoga with Larissa
A heart-centered practice weaving movement, breath, music, and devotion. This class invites connection—to yourself, your breath, and something deeper.

We live in a constant state of input.
Noise, information, stress, stimulation… it never really stops. Over time, the body starts to live there—tight, alert, always “on.”

Restorative Yoga is the counterbalance. It may look simple, but what’s happening beneath the surface is powerful. The nervous system begins to downshift. The body moves out of survival mode. True rest becomes possible.

This is where recovery happens.
This is where the body remembers how to heal. Doing less isn’t the absence of practice. It’s the medicine.

A new week begins. Step onto your mat and give yourself space to move, release, and reconnect.

12:00pm — Yin Yoga with Kit
Slow, grounded, and intentional. Yin invites you to settle into longer-held shapes, gently opening the body and creating space in the joints and connective tissues. A steady practice for quieting the mind and turning inward.

5:30pm — Deep Stretch with Robin
A focused release for tight, overworked areas. Using tennis balls and other tools, you’ll target trigger points and areas of tension—like a self-massage that helps restore ease, mobility, and breath in the body.

7:00pm — Root to Rise Vinyasa with Kit
A fluid, breath-led flow that builds strength and stability while creating space to move freely. Expect a steady rhythm that leaves you feeling grounded, energized, and clear.
