Kidney disease often has no early symptoms — yet it affects more than 1 in 7 U.S. adults (about 37 million people).
⚠️ 9 in 10 people with kidney disease don’t know they have it.
📊 Diabetes and high blood pressure are the leading causes.
Early detection through simple blood and urine tests can help slow or prevent progression. Know your numbers. Manage blood pressure. Control blood sugar. Protect your kidneys.

Early action makes a lifetime of difference.

📢 ACTION Day Spotlight
Hear from Perla Herrera, a patient and board member at Access Community Health Network. Perla’s story is similar to so many other patients at community health centers. Without 340B savings the medications she takes to keep her alive would not be affordable and as she states, her “other address would be the cemetery.” Thank you, Perla, for your tireless advocacy on behalf of all the patients out there just like you.

Health coverage makes a difference for kids and families.
Nearly 37 million children in the U.S. are covered by Medicaid or CHIP. Children with coverage are more likely to receive regular checkups, vaccinations, and preventive care.
💊 Insured kids are less likely to delay care when they’re sick.
Medicaid and CHIP help families access the care they need — from routine visits to urgent concerns — giving children a healthier start and brighter future.
đź’™ Coverage today means healthier tomorrows.

Colorectal cancer is the 3rd most commonly diagnosed cancer in the U.S. — and the 2nd leading cause of cancer deaths among men and women combined.
📊 In 2026, more than 150,000 people are expected to be diagnosed.
⚠️ Rates are rising in adults under 50.
âś… When caught early, the 5-year survival rate is about 90%.
Screening saves lives — yet many adults remain unscreened.
Talk to your provider about getting screened starting at age 45 (or earlier if you’re at higher risk). Early detection = prevention and protection.
