Instructor Spotlight: Megan 🌻
Say hello to Megan- a grounding, joy-filled presence on the mat at Sunflower Yoga.
With 2.5 years of teaching experience, Megan guides students through restorative, slow flow, and mixed flow classes with intention and heart. Her favorite pose is sleeping pigeon (because deep rest + release = magic ✨) Fun fact about Megan: she has a habit of diving headfirst into projects and adventures with little to no experience- for her, the real goal is sticking with it and growing along the way.
Megan’s why:
“I practice yoga to practice self love. If I love myself fully, even the imperfections, it becomes a ripple effect.”
Off the mat, she’s a cat mom, wife, eldest daughter, video creator, GED instructor, and a fiercely loyal friend. An extrovert with a love for nature, Megan brings free-spirit energy, authenticity, and warmth into every space she holds.
